JEWISH HISTORY: The students gain an appreciation of our heritage and culture that has been preserved throughout the ages.

HOLIDAYS AND SHABBAT: Traditions and celebrations, exploring the Jewish Holidays and Shabbat will provide a deeper understanding for our students.

JEWISH VALUES: Beginning with the origins of the mitzvot, stressing practical applications in our daily lives, our students will explore a personal Jewishness.

J-stem program

We are excited to announce the initiation of a new pilot program: j-stem. The next generation’s method of learning hebrew/judaic studies. The goal of this program is to enhance the students knowledge and interest in the hebrew curriculum. With every subject/topic taught, the children will learn it through the lens of science, technology, engineering & mathematics. The stem method is now recognized as the road to the next generation’s success in education.

We project that teaching judaic curriculum through stem will raise the engagement and interest of our students. This will further our goal of giving children the most innovative and enjoyably jewish experience possible.

  • Gain an understanding of the practices & traditions of Judaism.
  • Know the morals, values & ethical behavior mandated by the Torah.
  • Have a hands-on experience & appreciation for all Jewish holidays.
  • Master Hebrew skills of reading & writing.
  • Understand basic Hebrew words.
  • Learn basic prayers so that the students will feel comfortable when attending services.
  • Identify with the land of Israel and its inhabitants.
  • Allow for students to express their opinions and questions about G‑d, Torah & religion.
  • Indeed, a child equipped with an education and a feeling for Judaism’s beautiful teachings, traditions, and historical lessons is a child better equipped to face the awesome moral challenges of today’s society.
